Limerick Celtics Mens and Women’s National League Teams both had comfortable wins on the road in Dublin Saturday.

The Men topped Malahide 108 t0 62 with a big double double from rising star Phillip Kearney a highlight with 16 points and 10 Rebounds.  As normal AJ Williams ran the show hitting 24 points .  Finn Hughes and Abdul Wurie hit 15 each, Cian Gleeson hit 14 and Eoghan Donaghy 13.

 

The Women’s team won 78 to 59 at Templeogue,  Shelby Harmeyer was unstoppable and almost triple doubled with. 22 points 15 Rebounds 9 assists.  All starters were in double figures Stephanie McBride hit 18, Sabhbh Edwards Murphy hit 13, Amy Buckley 12 and Louise Scannell hit 11 which included an extraordinary Boomshakala 3 from 30 feet . Sorcha Cronin added 3 points.
